Lions Head Vegetarian Balls
These delectable, lightly fragranced bite size balls have a wonderful texture and mild taste. The dish is not spicy and is accompanied by light, savoury sauce with shreds of mushroom, carrot and cucumber. Served amongst florets of crispy broccoli these tasty morsels are usually a favourite for many diners.
Mapo Tofu is a well known spicy Sichuan dish. Traditionally cooked with slivers of pork, this vegetarian version is a knockout in flavour and taste. One of the key aromas comes from the ˇ°tongue numbingˇ± Sichuan flower pepper which compliments the silken textured tofu magnificently. This mouth watering dish will leave your taste buds dancing with delight.
The scrumptious, spicy stir fried tofu skin and vegetables is a glorious melody of tastes and textures. The pleasing consistency of the tofu skin perfectly highlights the crispy, garden fresh, seasonal vegetables in a lightly spiced sauce.
